Wattles & Daisies reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.

The Agreement will be subject to those Conditions that were published on the website at the time of concluding the agreement.

ORDER

The order is processed after it has been placed with us via the website. The agreement becomes effective when you place the order by clicking the button: place order. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you do not receive an e-mail, the order will still remain in effect.

ORDER AMOUNT

The minimum order amount is 15 euros per delivery.

PRICES

Wattles & Daisies falls under the small businesses scheme KOR and is dus not liable for VAT. Prices can be adjusted and apply from the moment of publication on the site. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been made.

OFFERS

Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders. Wattlesanddaisies.eu can not be held to an offer if you could have reasonably understood that it is a typo or typo error.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs are €4.10 per order for the Netherlands, €4.65 per order for Belgium and France| Flat rate shipping

DELIVERY

Orders can be guaranteed by the mailbox if it meets the requirements that PostNL sets to letterboxes. It means that the free opening of the slot must be at least 265 mm long and 33 mm wide. If there is a space behind the insertion slot where the post may fall, its dimensions must be at least 270 mm x 150 mm x 380 mm (W x H x D).

It is possible that the order is delivered in multiple packages so that they can be delivered at home.

Orders outside the Netherlands are sent by parcel post, unless the order fits into one letterbox package.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Your order will be prepared for you after receiving the payment. Pre-orders are delivered as quickly as possible and have a maximum delivery time of one month. Exceeding any delivery term will never entitle you to compensation. We are not responsible for delays by PostNL or any other Post service.

 

We ship internationally by PostNL. The international delivery duration varies per country. You can check them here. We are not responsible for the rights, taxes and other import charges and costs.

 

Free track and trace shipping is included with orders from €75,- and above. 

 

 

RETURN SHIPMENTS OR EXCHANGE

Earrings can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.

FORCE MAJEURE

If Wattles & Daisies can not fulfill its obligations due to force majeure then the obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation. After 30 days the buyer and / or seller have the right to dissolve the agreement, without the right to compensation. Force majeure means: all shortcomings that Wattles & Daisies can not be charged.
